Use chapters and key moments correctly

Treat captions as accessibility first
Captions and subtitles expand access for deaf or hard-of-hearing viewers, people in sound-off environments, and viewers using another language. YouTube can auto-generate or auto-sync captions, but automatic speech recognition can misread proper names, brands, technical terms, and acronyms.
Review the caption track against the final edit. Read Shorts metrics in sequence:
