Here's how it works

When you submit a question, I place a temporary authorization hold of $1,000 on your credit card. This ensures the funds are available.

I aim to review the submission within two business days. If your question is accepted, I’ll confirm by email, finalize the charge, and send the video or written answer separately. Acceptance is not the same as delivery of the answer.

If your question is rejected (for being too broad, off-topic, or the issue is too big), the hold is released and I do not capture the payment. Your bank controls how quickly a released authorization disappears.

For billing, refund, or service issues, use the contact form and include the submission or payment reference from your email. Refund requests after capture are reviewed based on the circumstances and any separate written consulting agreement; this page does not promise an automatic refund.

  • This purchase covers my review of one specific SEO issue or question and, if accepted, one focused written or video answer with concrete next steps. It does not include implementation, ongoing calls, or a guaranteed SEO outcome.
  • I aim to decide whether to accept the submission within two business days. If accepted, the answer is delivered separately; acceptance and payment do not mean the answer has already been delivered.
